The Royal Prerogative of Purden can only be excercised by the Governan behalf of the Crown in accordance with the Powers delegated to him by the Charter of the Colony, or by his General Instructions under the Royal Sign Manval and Signit, on by Special Instructions from the Secretary of State, or batty, by an Act of the Coral Legislature.
